Elahe Parvini

Junior Researcher - Universidade de Coimbra

Elahe Parvini is a physical chemist (PhD, University of Tabriz, 2017) working at the interface of soft/functional materials and electrochemistry. Following a postdoctoral fellowship at Wuhan University on DFT/AIMD studies of electrochemical interfaces, she joined the Institute of Systems & Robotics, University of Coimbra (2021–2025) as a research fellow, developing liquid-metal composites, printable hydrogels, and flexible energy-storage devices. Her work spans materials synthesis, digital/inkjet and 3D printing, device prototyping, and electrochemical/structural characterization, with recent projects emphasizing resilient, repairable, and recyclable electronics.
