Gil Correia

Gil Correia is an M.Sc. student of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Coimbra, where he obtained his B.Sc. in the same field in 2021. He joined ISR in 2024 as a research fellow at the Soft and Printed Microelectronics Laboratory. His research focuses on optimizing the integration of electronic components into hybrid stretchable circuits by embedding geometrically engineered rigid islands into a stretchable substrate, thereby dissipating the stress induced at the component interfaces.
