EFIPRE: Energy Efficiency and Sustainable Integration of Production in Special Regime

In the sequence of the CISEPI project, the EFIPRE project objective was the development of solutions to assure the fulfilment of energy policy objectives, together with the sustainable development of the system. The main research in such project was the application of Demand-Side Management, Demand Response and Energy Storage technologies to the integration of intermittent renewable energy resources. The project was developed to REN (National Transmission Grid Operator) between 2006 and 2007.
