O Eu e o Nós das Emoções - My and Our Emotions project aims at developing an emotion literacy and regulation programs for primary school children. The objectives are to enable them to identify their own emotions as well as emotional expressions of other children, and to acquire emotional regulation competencies. This will be based on a set of games and digital contents in an appealing environment that will encourage them to learn with the support of teachers and parents. This project aims to develop an intervention program for literacy and emotional regulation for children in the 3rd and 4th years of schooling. The objectives are: to promote the capacity for identification and emotional expression of oneself and others; teach emotional self-regulation strategies focused on reassurance and compassion; encourage behaviors of conscience, social cohesion and cooperation; develop games and digital content to create an appealing environment and interactive learning.
