EuroWhiteCert: Stepwise Towards Effective European Energy Efficiency Policy Portfolios Involving White Certificates

To analyse the potential advantages of a white certificate scheme and ways to cope with difficult aspects, including interactions/integration with other certificate trading schemes (e.g. RES) and markets (e.g. carbon). The overall purpose of the project is to support both the conceptual and technical development of tradable white certificates systems covering energy savings and energy efficiency and the introduction of such systems in the ecologically and economically most beneficial way at a European level.
