Mário Cristóvão

Mário Cristóvão worked as a research fellow within the SEMFIRE project focusing on artificial perception in forest environments until June 2022, and he received his M.Sc. degree in Engineering Physics at the University of Coimbra in February 2023 with a dissertation focused on the design of a multi-sensor apparatus for Forestry Robotics. He then worked as a research fellow within the WoW project, and from October 2023, he started his Ph.D. on "A Robust and Adaptable Multisensory Localization Framework for Forestry Robotics" with a CMU Portugal scholarship, supervised by David Portugal and George Kantor at the Robotics Intitute of the Carnegie Mellon University.
